Here are two more options for makeup for the performance group I work with: Milani's Shamrock and Caribbean Sea eyeshadows. Unfortunately, the glitter on the surface is not found after that surface layer is gone. Another bummer? These are kind of hard to open. I had to use my nails to pop the lid which is a big no-no. So, if you're looking for glitter and "Wow"ness, pass on this, but if you need some basic eyeshadows with color these just might be your best bet. I will say I appreciate the inclusion of a double-ended applicator---it has a sponge on one end and a brush on the other. However, the curve of the brush is unusual, and while I appreciate how it compliments the design of the case, it's awkward to hold.
The search continues!

Milani Jewel FX: Gold
I know I've already swatched this, but I've got to rave about it again. This is such an INSANE glitter. It's so glittery and ethereal. The only downside is that it has to be put on thickly to get full coverage and when you have that and a coat of Seche top coat you get crazy thick nails... so thick in fact that I twice had full nails pop off (like a giant chip...but the whole nail). It's worth it to get this amazing look.

Swatch: Milani's Gold Jewel FX
This is the closest you can get to the look of Nail Rock's gold metallic Nail Wraps in a polish. Absolutely amazing.
(one clear to show the glitter, one blurry to show the shine/reflective color)

EDIT: I should mention that I used a white polish as a base... that's why there's those white edges.

Milani: One Coat Glitter - Purple Gleam
Milani's One Coat Glitter (2 coats) in Purple Gleam with 2 layers of top coat (pre-cleanup).
This glitters are so great that I can't believe I bought them from CVS. Under the right light, this color comes alive. It is so thick though...

Milani: One Coat Glitter - Blue Flash
I finally made it to my local CVS only to find out that Milani's One Coat Glitter display had been wiped out by other nail enthusiasts. I was, however, able to snag two of the three that I wanted the most. So, here's Blue Flash:
Natural sunlight with flash, pre-cleanup, two coats with one layer of top coat.
Unfortunately, one coat is not enough like the name says (it's close though!), but two coats will suffice and that is a-okay with me. In sunlight this polish is purely dazzling. It will need about two layers of top coat to reach its full potential because without it it's gritty looking. The polish on its own dries surprisingly quickly, too.
