Nails Inc. Electric Lane Holographic Glitter Top Coat

I got the chance to go to Sephora (don't judge, we just got one in my town) so I picked up Nails Inc.'s Electric Lane Holographic Glitter Top Coat because I've been dying for a holo and it was only $10 so what the heck, right? 2 coats over a bare nail looks insane! Under the right light I get mesmerized by my nails like a budgie because they glitter like crazy. If you've never tried a holo, but love yourself some sparkle, this is a great option.
