Bubble Nails

I'm just going to flat out say it… These are weird. I love a good nail texture though, so these were right up my alley. I used a dotting tool to make these bubbles out of my base color. I went over the dots a few times to get more dimension on the bubbles. I also avoided a topcoat because I thought it might overwhelm the bubbles and fill in the gaps between them. These are very Dalek-esque!
