Swatch: Hard Candy's Black Tie Optional

Here's a nice glitter coat (Side Note: Is it glitter? It doesn't sparkle. What do you call this?) from Hard Candy aptly named Black Tie Optional. It's best used over another color (I wouldn't try to build this up to an opaque glitter coat), or even better, a gradient. Check out the range in sizes of the glitter pieces--some are teensy and others are jumbo-sized.

Have I mentioned it looks amazing in the bottle? I bought this thinking that what you see in the bottle is what would come out on the nails, which it wasn't... but what I got instead is pretty neat!
